What is EFT Tapping?
EFT is an alternative medicine technique that combines energy healing and psychology to aid in the treatment of emotional difficulties and trauma. It involves tapping on acupressure points on your body while talking through an issue using empathy and mindfulness. EFT is designed to be gentle, flexible, and non-harmful. It can be used to rapidly reduce symptoms and to transform the stress.
The EFT tapping sequence is the methodic tapping on the ends of nine meridian points.
There are 12 major meridians that mirror each side of the body and correspond to an internal organ. However, EFT mainly focuses on these nine:
karate chop (KC): small intestine meridian
top of head (TH): governing vessel
eyebrow (EB): bladder meridian
side of the eye (SE): gallbladder meridian
under the eye (UE): stomach meridian
under the nose (UN): governing vessel
chin (Ch): central vessel
beginning of the collarbone (CB): kidney meridian
under the arm (UA): spleen meridian
How to tap?
Identify the problem; Trouble Sleeping, An Emotional Issue: Fear, Anger, Stress, Struggle with Finances, Procrastination, Organization, or any type of Small Trauma. EFT Tapping is used for larger traumas, but, should be done with the assistance of a qualified therapist.
Test the Intensity: Rate your discomfort on a scale from 1-10. After you have gone through a round tapping on each of the above 9 Tapping Points, the number will decrease. It can take anywhere from 3-6 rounds , but, to he goal is to get to zero.

ADD THE AFFIRMATION: I DEEPLY AND COMPLETELY LOVE AND ACCEPT MYSELF
