Beginner Friendly Flow 40 Plus:

Build strength and find length in this full-body class. This practice is ideal for students 40 and older who may be experiencing the typical aches and pains of aging. Use of the wall, blocks, and blankets is encouraged and no one cares what you are wearing. Classes focus specifically on improving balance, increasing overall strength, providing pain reduction, and enhancing mental health and well-being. A foundation for everyone.

Cardio Sculpt 40 plus:

This invigorating Fitness Class is specifically designed for Active Adults over 40. Class includes a mix of low, medium, and high-impact cardio options (e.g., marching, modified jacks, or high knees), as well as strength training using dumbbells, body weight, or resistance bands. This class is ideal for weight loss, improving mental acuity, boosting physical health, and supporting emotional well-being.

Vinyasa Flow (Accessible Inversions & Arm Balances):

Ready to add excitement and skill to your flow? This dynamic Vinyasa class is tailored for students over 40 who want a challenging, fun, and sustainable practice. We move skillfully, linking breath to movement, building heat, and developing strength.

The emphasis is on accessibility: we work hard without increasing the risk of injury. We'll explore exciting postures like accessible arm balances (like Bakasana / Crane Pose) and safe inversions (like supported Headstand or Shoulderstand), always providing modifications like seated crow or legs up the wall pose to ensure you can work within your body's current capabilities and avoid pain. Leave feeling energized, strong, and accomplished!

πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Yoga & Mobility (40+ Focus).

This class is designed to keep you moving well and feeling great as you age. Specifically geared toward students 40 and older, this session blends classic yoga postures with targeted mobility exercises to enhance your daily life.

We focus on improving joint health, increasing your range of motion, and cultivating better balance to prevent falls. If you experience the typical stiffness, aches, or pains of aging, this class is your prescription for longevity and vitality. Practice involves mindful breathing, deep stretching, and slow, deliberate movements.

Yin Relaxation 40 plus

Class includes: Targeted Nervous System Regulation, Deep Tissue Release, Enhanced Recovery, & Mental Clarity. Yin is the perfect complement for a rest day, an evening stretch, or a post-workout recovery. This class is offered ONLINE only from the comfort of your home.
