We're here to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce those common aches and pains with a supportive community and multiple opportunities to practice each week.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all studio. As soon as you join, we take the time to learn about your goals, current physical state, and any obstacles (like past injuries or stiffness) you're facing.
- Mini Check-ins: Get quick, personalized guidance before and after class to help you modify poses or work through specific challenges. 
- Need More Focus? Private sessions are also available for dedicated attention on injury recovery, a tricky pose, or deep goal setting. We've got your back—and your knees, hips, and shoulders! 
2. Practice More, Feel Results Faster
The secret to progress is consistency! Practicing several times a week helps you build sustainable strength and feel the results—less stiffness, better sleep, and more energy—sooner.
- Flexibility is Key: Attend our live classes or use the class recordings to repeat sessions whenever your schedule allows. Many of our members do both!

$63/month for one class per week
$70/month for Single 2-3 Classes per week
$75/ Single month for unlimited weekly classes
$75/month Couple Membership 2-3 times per month
(Plus, with our “BOGO” setup, every live class includes access to the replay—so it's like 2-for-1!)

Yoga Gal isn’t just a class—it’s a community. Students join us from across San Diego, all over the U.S., and even Europe. We laugh, connect, and share life while moving our bodies and taking care of ourselves. It’s amazing how consistent practice builds not just strength—but friendships, too.
📍 Classes are held at Carmel Creek Park, Pacific Highlands Ranch, and online via Zoom.
