Class includes essential work on core strength, standing balance, safe mild backbends, refreshing twists, and deep, therapeutic stretching.Ideal for: Beginners and intermediate students ready to invest in their long-term health and mobility.

monday 6 - 7 PM vinyasa flow: FALL 2025

Deepen your practice with this focused, full-body slow flow that links mindful movement with purposeful strength building. Designed for students comfortable with intermediate poses, this class moves beyond the basics to explore foundational arm balances (such as Crow or side plank variations) and accessible inversions (like Headstand preparation or supported Shoulderstand). We'll focus on the mobility, core technique, and stability needed to move safely into these challenging postures, while still dedicating time to deep standing balance, spine lengthening, and therapeutic stretching.

Ideal for: Intermediate to advanced yogis who have a consistent practice and are ready to safely explore flying and inverted poses with expert guidance.
