Build strength and length in this full body slow flow. Class is ideal for beginners and intermediate level yogis. Class will include core work, standing balance, mild backbends, twists, side body, core strength and stretching.

TUESDAY 12:15- 1 pm SENIOR YOGA. CODE: FALL 2025
Senior Yoga is a modified version of regular yoga, using a chair and the wall so that we do all of the same work without getting on the floor. Class moves at a slower pace so the students have the time to find the shape and hold it. This class is designed as a healthy way to combat aging and includes strength, balance, core work, stretching, and relaxation.

Yoga Gal is a program designed for New and Intermediate Level Students who want a personal yoga experience. Janice, the teacher, specializes in inclusion and creating versions of a pose that work for everyone. Students will gain strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and learn meditation and breath techniques for relaxation.

Build strength and length in this full body flow ideal for advanced beginners and intermediate level yogis. Class includes core work, standing balance, backbends, twists, side body pose, arm balances, and inversions. Modified versions of these poses will be offered as well.
