Class Schedule
Yoga and Mobility
When: Sundays at 10:00 am
Focus: This session is dedicated to opening up tight joints and improving your overall range of motion. We combine fluid yoga sequences with targeted mobility drills to help you move more freely in your daily life and weekend adventures.
Cardio and Strength
When: Tuesdays 9:15 am
Focus: Build a resilient body with a mix of all level cardiovascular work and resistance training. These sessions are designed to boost bone density, improve metabolic health, and build the functional strength required to stay active for decades to come.
