This program is specifically designed for adults 40+—a pivotal stage for protecting muscle mass and bone density. By blending functional strength training with heart-healthy cardio, we provide a comprehensive approach to "aging well" . Whether you are physically active, spend your day at a desk, or recently completed physical therapy, this program helps you move better and feel stronger.
The Experience
Join a certified trainer for a 45-minute small-group session (4–10 participants) featuring:
Functional Strength: Compound movements using body weight, resistance bands, and weights that translate to better everyday performance and injury reduction.
Targeted Cardio: Low-impact and medium intervals and agility drills—such as marching, modified jacks, and side shuffles—tailored to your fitness level to boost heart health and VO2 max.
Stretching Segment: Yoga stretching after a 40+ strength and cardio class focuses on reversing the muscle contraction and cardiovascular stress from the workout to promote faster recovery and joint longevity.
